Q: When I selected 1 room for 3 adults the calculated amount came to $2,346. This is exactly 3 times the triple rate of $782 per person. So what happened to the buy 2 get 1 free offer?

For this particular tour package, if you book for 3 guests in one room, then the total tour cost is $2304 [=$988.00*2+$328 (admission fee to three theme parks and Los Angeles hotel for the free 3rd guest)].
Therefore the 3rd guest is free under our "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" special promotion. However, he/she will need to pay for admission fee for 3 theme parks and a surcharge for LA hotel.

For this tour package, when guests spend one night inside the West Grand Canyon and they will stay at Hualapai Ranch, which is our contract hotel inside the canyon. This hotel offers you a great canyon view.
This hotel offers separate rooms with 2 full sized beds allowing a maximum of 4 guests in each.
For your information, since the weather is getting warmer, this tour package will be sold out really quick. Please make your reservation as soon as possible. Once we receive your reservation and the full payment, we will be able to secure your seats for you.

If you would like to make a reservation for this tour, we would encourage you to do so, choosing your pick-up location as Las Vegas.
We would notify you during the confirmation process if the Las Vegas pick-up is available during your travel date.
If it is not available and you do not wish to take the tour, we would cancel the reservation if an alternative cannot be found.

Q: Hello, me and my friend want to join this tour on 27th of July, so first of all I was wondering if there is a tour for sure on 27th of July. The thing is we'll be at the airport at 8:30 am will you be able to pick us up from the airport to take us to the hotel and how far the hotel is from the LAX airport? Will we start the tour right away as you pick us up or will we stay in LA for a day without the tour starting? Yes, this tour is currently available and has a departure date for July 27th.If your flight arrives at 8:30am, you will receive a complimentary airport pick-up to your hotel on the first day of the tour.
The first night's hotel is typically located 30-40 minutes away from the airport.
The first day of the tour is solely used to pick up guests from the airport.
The tour would start on the second day early morning.
For two passengers in one room, the price of the tour comes out to $856.

Transfers are included for arrivals into SFO airport on the first day of the tour arriving anytime between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm.
Please arrange the arrival time in San Francisco (SFO) before 11:00am to be able to join the complimentary San Francisco sightseeing on day 1.
The first nights hotel information will be provided upon confirmation of you reservation.

We will provide you with the confirmed hotel information for your first night on tour upon confirming your reservation.
Check-in is at 3:00PM but can be earlier depending on room availability at the hotel.
Public transportation is available provided by Metro bus and train.
The Front Desk can also assist with taxi if necessary.
You can choose to arrange your own transportation to the hotel, or you can request for a transfer in from LAX anytime between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm on the first day of the tour.

You will get about 3 hours of guided sightseeing in the Grand Canyon with free time to sightsee at leisure.
As the tour will follow a set sechedule for the group, it is unlikely you will get time to arrange your own activities around the tour group's schedule.
You can discuss with the guide the night before the tour if free time will be alotted for independent activity.
